The Dobbaspet to Hoskote stretch of the Satellite Town Ring Road, which passes Doddaballapura, was inaugurated on 11 March 2024 and is tolled in two sections, from 17 November 2023 and from 14 June 2024. The Bengaluru-Chennai Expressway, Karnataka section from Hoskote, opened on 9 December 2024. The Namma Metro Blue Line to the airport is under construction with no confirmed opening date, and its nearest stations, Yelahanka and Bagalur Cross, are about 25.5 km and 26.0 km by road. No metro or suburban line serves the town itself.
Distance and access are the trade-offs to weigh: the airport is about 32 km away, ring-road entries are at specific junctions rather than at a plot's gate, and industrial neighbours are part of the belt. Concorde Doddaballapur Master Plan
Concorde's layout plans follow a recognisable pattern, and the Hillcrest and Northwoods pages show it. Both list underground electrical cables, asphalted roads with kerbs and walkways, street lights, rainwater harvesting, a compound wall or fencing and a clubhouse; Hillcrest adds underground sewage, piped water to each plot, a primary water treatment plant and themed parks, where Northwoods lists a sanitary line and a water supply provision for each plot and landscaped parks. That is the precedent Concorde has set in its own layouts, and not a specification for Doddaballapura.

Concorde Doddaballapur Price
Doddaballapura plot prices span a wide range because launches differ in date, stage and site. At its pre-launch stage in September 2026, Sattva Ekatra, a registered plotted layout in the same taluk, was quoted at about Rs 8,600 per sq ft, and property portals reported Godrej Aravya Estate at about Rs 4,800 per sq ft at its October 2025 launch (unverified). They are other projects' rates and carry no information about Concorde's pricing.
Concorde has not announced prices. Whatever the price turns out to be, a Karnataka plot above Rs 45 lakh adds stamp duty, cess, surcharge and the 2% registration fee on top, about 7.6% to 7.65% of its value: Rs 7.6 lakh to Rs 7.65 lakh on an illustrative Rs 1 crore plot, with no GST on a plot sold as land.
